The West Campus Athletic Campus is home to the Duke Lacrosse Camps. The campus includes the West Campus turf which includes two lighted full playing fields; two full size grass practice fields, and Koskinen Stadium which is home field for the Duke Women's Lacrosse team. All are located within a short walking distance from the Washington Duke Inn.
All resident campers and staff will be housed in the AAA Four Diamond Award Winning- Washington Duke Inn Hotel & Golf Club located on the Duke University Campus. It is directly across from our athletic fields and lacrosse practice grounds. Meals are served in the Washington Duke Inn or on Campus - *If your daughter has dietary restrictions please contact our office PRIOR to camp.
Roommate requests must be received by December 12. Please place your roommate request as you register for camp and contact email@example.com for any updates after registration. All rooms house 2-3 players. You may request 3 to a room but 2 players will be sharing a queen/ king size bed and one will potentially have their own bed/roll away. We do our best to honor roommate requests, however, they are not guaranteed. Because we are staying in a LUXURY hotel we are bound contractually to provide a roommate list early. If you are registering for camp late or forget to submit a roommate request prior to December 12 we may not be able to accommodate your request.
All campers will receive a CONFIRMATION E-MAIL once registration & payment are processed. There will be an attachment of all confirmation information on this email including: Confirmation Information Sheet, Directions and What to Bring 3 pages total.

1:00 pm Airport Shuttle begins pickup
REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN will take place on December 27th from 2:00pm-4:00pm at the Washington Duke Inn.
CAMPER PICK-UP/CHECK OUT will take place at 2:00 pm on the last day of camp at the Washington Duke Inn.
Most major airlines service the closest airport, RDU. Directions will be included in the Confirmation Email and on www.dukelacrossecamp.com
Our AIRPORT SHUTTLE service is available for a fee $90.00 round trip or $45 one way. Extra Fees apply for arrivals and departures before 7am and after 7pm. RDU Airport is approximately 20 minutes from Duke University.
Shuttle service will begin approximately 1pm on first day of camp. A Shuttle confirmation email will be sent out via email by December 23rd using the email address provided during shuttle registration.
Please inform camp directors if camper is considered a minor through their airlines and needs to be signed for upon arrival to be released from airlines - there is an additional charge for this. Please note we cannot accommodate unaccompanied minor departure flights after 7PM.
All requests and flight information must be submitted by December 16 or there will be a $50 penalty. Please make note that all deadlines for submitting Airport Shuttle Forms are STRICT.
The Raleigh Durham Airport (RDU) is approximately 20 minutes from Duke University. We recommend scheduling a flight that arrives between 12PM-3PM on the 27th and a departure flight that leaves between 4PM-6PM on the 29th. Airport Shuttles will begin running around 1PM on December 27th and the last departure shuttle for the airport will be at 2:30PM on December 29th.
50% of your camp tuition is non-refundable for any reason. If injuries, sickness or circumstances make it impossible for you to attend our camp, we must be notified by December 12, 2018 in order to issue a partial refund. If injuries, sickness or circumstances do not permit you to cancel prior to December 12, 2018, we will apply the entire fee towards a future camp and you will not be eligible for a partial refund. Balances and deposits are transferable to siblings or family members ONLY! If you do not, or cannot, attend a future camp, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
