Come train with the Blue Devils!
Training sessions will focus on high intensity, high rep, skill-based drills. Players will be challenged through elite level instruction and a fast-paced tempo throughout the session. Capped at 20 field players and 4 goalies, these training sessions will benefit everyone and prepare you for your fall club season and spring high middle/high school season.
All field player sessions will be led by Ava Biancardi, McKenzie Olsen, and other Duke Lacrosse players, you will be equipped with skills to compete at the highest level.
Goalie specific instruction will be included as well
